Lynn Bones

Lynn is a 30+ year veteran in the Commercial Real estate Industry.
She has a broad understanding of the industry, having represented both Landlords and Tenants during the transaction process. More than that, she has experience as an asset/property manager, which gives her an understanding of ongoing concerns of both owners & tenants. The majority of active brokers in the market lack this breadth of experience.
She has worked in all facets of the business: Retail, office, and industrial. Each area requires a special set of skills and knowledge. The fact that Lynn has flourished over such a range of business types across a span of years testifies to her talent and integrity.
Lynn joined TM Diversified Commercial Real Estate in 2010. She was previously employed with Griffin Companies, Compass Management and Leasing, and the Palmer Group, Lynn has negotiated a great number of lease transactions and has a solid core of repeat and referral business.
